At what point does congestion - all traffic moving at roughly the same speed - legally allow 'undertaking' in lane 1? Florida woman Periscopes (live video streaming) while drunk driving LAKELAND, FL - Lakeland police believe a local woman is lucky to be alive today after going on a drunk driving trip she recorded and broadcast live on her own phone. On Saturday, LPD took in 911 calls about a possible drunk driver using the social media App Periscope to broadcast herself. Periscope is a live video streaming platform, (owned by Twitter). It allows you to video-record and broadcast to anywhere in the entire world. As a result of the video being streamed worldwide, numerous messages on the app and personal text messages were sent to the driver asking her to stop driving before she killed someone or herself. One guy who went out to take pictures has set some of them to video with the downloaded audio from the Northern Illinois Railroad feed. https://youtu.be/ZJQ3gqUqFCE BNSF came out and cut parts off of 16, and it continued to Chicago, even later than it already was. 16 will have to go to Beech Grove for some cosmetic surgery.
