We all know, or should know he was intending it to mean "better designed for an immediate, local environment". However it has come to mean something different now days.... On the last day of the month a winner will be voted on and once a year, "New Years Day" the 10,000 dollar (monopoly money) and 1 inch trophy will be awarded to the one/or group that displayed the best of the worst in Darwinism!
