I have one computer with 43 stuck downloads, so all I get is "Not requesting tasks some download is stalled" Any ideas on how to clear that now that the downloads are again working?

I should say that this computer is not all that fast and this may certainly have started some time before the servers when down.

In BOINC manager's advanced view try:
select the "transfer" tab - if you've got any stuck downloads you should see them there
Do they have messages like "re-try in 3hrs 47 mins" and "project back-off 5hrs 14mins"?
If so, select one of the stuck tasks and the press the "re-try now" button. This should release the log jam so you can do an update.
Go to the projects tab, select SETI@home and then press the "update" button and things ***should*** start to get back to normal (sometimes you have to manually release a few tasks, sometimes not)...

Thanks Bob, that did it. Seems almost too easy. 200(and apparently more) WU's downloaded and there was a little confusion on BOINC's side, seems a bunch of GPUs were started and all errored out because Einstein was running on the GPUs I now have almost 700 errors. I will have to keep an eye on this one to see if it settles down. The Einsteins will be done in about an hour so I will check in then if I am around.

All on this PC:
http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/results.php?hostid=5355835

(actually marked as "invalid" not error, the number suggests something is far from right - it may be a coincidence that Einstein was running, but it shouldn't have upset S@H to such an extent.)

Yes, that was the one. I never even saw this many downloads come in. and as it was happening it hung the system as well.

I will be keeping a close eye on this one, and you are correct, marked invalid, not errors. The Einstein WUs have finished and Seti is again running on the GPUs and everything looks good so far.

Just noticed: there are almost 600 pendings as well, and they look just like the ones that were marked as invalid.
