There's absolutely no reason NOT to get the Flu shot; especially if you get it FREE from work. I get it from my Allergist's office every year, and I NEVER get the Flu. I have to have it, because I'm in a High Risk Group being an Asthmatic.

Next year, take the vaccine!

I had a flu vaccination in the 70's. I had the nastiest bout on flu in my life and was off work for three days.

NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Unless there are over riding medical reasons for having one. DO NOT DO IT!

That happened to me once, and I took that attitude for the next several years.

But working in a school, I'm almost guaranteed to get it anyway, which made it plausible to think I'd already been exposed when I got the shot. So, with my other risk factors, I gave it another go. Now I've been doing it for a few years and been fine.

Actually, I think part of the reason I went for it was to reduce the chance of giving the flu to my mother; it would definitely have shortened her life by a few months at least, and made it even more difficult than it already was to care for her.

Spicy is great. I'd stay away from the hot sauce though, unless you need to, shall we say, emit a supply of energy that would power the TARDIS for a millennium :) Cheers :)

My mother beeing hungarian we are used to spicy food.

And i love it.

I think people confuse "spicy" and "hot", spicy to me adds flavor and enhances the food, it certainly does not have to be mouth burning hot.

I enjoy a variety of "spicy foods" however the moment the spice overpowers the flavour of the food, I stop.

I agree; I do interchange the meaning of "spicy", however, I do like food spicy, (rich with flavor), and HOT!!! The hotter, the better. 8-D :-)
