Quite true and there's a reason for that. There is still inconsistency occurring.

You sure about that? There are those fully aware but in their blindness are failing to act due to personal bias.

Personal knowledge has been used to attack other posters yet actions are taken to protect that poster.

You yourself are aware of that personal knowledge from your private forum so is a current Mod. That poster continues to attack yet others are modded.

Again duplicity and inconsistency. If you and others want the proof, I am perfectly willing to provide it in an amicable and reasonable post, however, that will require admin and mod agreement.

I would not be all surprised if that is one of the reasons why Gary left.

Personally as I'm pressurised by the law firm to proceed, I am considering allowing them to send by registered post a cease and desist letter and also an invoice to recover legal costs to date.

To be quite frank, I don't want to travel that road, but I'm buggered if I will allow those personal attacks to continue on the Internet especially as the more recent ones are still on display.
