Do you mean like these?

That's the idea, but the cupcakes were darker and were moister than these appear to be. Also, the chips were on top. No sprinkles.

(I say they because I also had (last night) one of the same cake but with a light raspberry frosting. Or did I mention that already?)

I don't think you did, but I just searched based on what you mentioned and that's what popped up, Me I just had carrots, cauliflower, broccoli and fish sticks for dinner, all cooked in the microwave, 7 mins for the veggies and 1 minute for the fish, sure the fish are a bit limp, but their hot and tasty, so what do I care.

Message 1364422 - Posted: 4 May 2013, 15:55:18 UTC - in response to Message 1364421.

In the early 19th century, there were two different uses for the name cup cake or cupcake. In previous centuries, before muffin tins were widely available, the cakes were often baked in individual pottery cups, ramekins, or moulds and took their name from the cups they were baked in. The other kind of "cup cake" referred to a cake whose ingredients were measured by volume, using a standard-sized cup, instead of being weighed

'onestly Nick, one drinks tea out of cups wiv an 'andle, and we doesn't spill bits in the saucer either ..... thats where you drink da tea from when it's too hot.

I dunno, mumble mumble, standards all gone to pot, weren't like this in my day grumble, baah, wheres me sanatogen ...

In the 50's here, 'cupcake' referred to your favorite squeeze.
Oh, another term. 'Squeeze' meant girlfriend, the significant other, or the one who was the friend with benefits.

Joe Morelli calls Stephanie Plum "Cupcake" in the series of books about her by Janet Evanovich. Even after she caused him to get shot in the leg.

Looks like I could get two meals out of that.

Looks like a cup one can get full use from and drink from.

Oven - its in a metal serving bowl (which saves on the dishwashing...)

It comes in a can...You cut the top off with a can opener and put it in the Gas oven and the pastry grows out of the can (cooking time = 20min)and underneath is the most delicious steak and kidney meat pie filling.

Then you just throw it away
starts like this

ends like this
