No running tasks...Why?

	According to my translator, Descargando means Downloading. So the work is still being downloaded. It can't run before it is downloaded. Check the Transferencias tab for information. Or check in the Event Log (CTRL+SHIFT+E) what Seti sends back as to why it can't download the work.
