Yes, garlic sausage is good, and good for you. Helps control cholesterol, and keeps vampires and other undesireable creatures away .....



Them vampires alright...quite importunate creatures...

The best sausage source in the USA...Usinger's.

Real Old World German....meats and sausages.

Their braunschwieger is to die for.
And they have true liverwurst too.


And a wonderful treat called tea sausage that my grand papa used to drive a hundred miles for. To spread on some special pumpernickel rye bread baked by Frederick's bakery even further away in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

My aunt used to teach at Milwaukee Tech College down the street from Usinger's. Sent us summer sausage, thuringer, braunswieger and bratwurst every Christmas. And cold-pack cheese spreads from Merkt's. I know you can order off the web, but I haven't, yet.....
