Sean Penn, Harry Belafonte, Danny Glover... they love the guy. I dont get it. Can someone enlighten me? Are we suppose to feel sorry for cancer ridden dictators now?

What I find weird is that no one thinks it odd for him to have to go to Cuba for treatment.

Basically saying "well folks don't get cancer in Venezuela because there is no hope".

Who's to say they even know he's leaving the country. Information doesn't exactly make the rounds as easily in those countries.
