Great find


However it is obviously of no use if you are using iOS6 - because you'd never find the station in the first place.....

How dumb is this, I never used the inbuilt "maps" app on my iPad, I always logged on to Google maps!! Which of course I will continue to do.

The inbuilt maps app is new to iOS 6, earlier versions use Google maps, but now with Apples own map app the google maps are blocked out.

So if you want to keep google maps don't upgrade OS or buy new Apple device.

Not sure what all the fuss is about.

If you don't like the app, just log onto Google maps via browser.

Or if you really want you can add it back, in about 2 minutes!

Which is what I have done.
