	Orion Connection It has long been suggested that the Pyramids of Giza are somehow representative of the belt of Orion. There have been books, movies and wild speculation that the pyramids were built by aliens. Whatever the truth, this alignment will occur in a few weeks. Is there any significance, probably not. 	The pyramids are carefully aligned to the pole star for the purposes af the Solstices. Also the Egyptians worshipped Isis or the star Sirius, and various internal shafts of the pyramids are aimed at the star. Orion was know as Osiris, and the three pyramids of Giza are aligned as the three stars are in Orions belt. The picture of the three planets has gone viral on the web, and is all fanciful nonsense. Conjunction.
