Can't seem to make out who the offender is here, who's what, where, why. The article just seems so long winded I struggled to comprehend the salient points. Is it me or is it because it's getting late, although one poster here has blamed the wrong party for creating this taxation idea. I say it's a poorly written article but I gather someone wants to tax the internet and it could be down to the Europeans for coming up with this idea....blagger me if you want to.
