What I don't understand is that you claim you want to have a discussion about racism, yet when people attempt to engage you, all you do is get belligerent, or you think you're being cute and witty.

You seem to forget that my initial post was dimissed by the mod on high due to it's controversial nature and the inclusion of terms deemed by me to be partial to the discussion.

It's kinda hard to discuss the night without calling it dark.

I already told you how you can have the discussion, but I think I was right, you want to have the discussion your way, and if you can't have it your way, you'll just do like you always do.....

The USA has a quota system for immigration. In Bakke v. Regents no less than SCOTUS found that quota's are discrimination. Ergo the US Federal Government is a bigot. It isn't that much of a stretch to claim that those who support the USA quota system for immigration are also bigots.

Observe that the 14th amendment only prohibits States from discrimination, not the Federal Government. Why is that? Should it be changed?

What are legitimate reasons to deny entry? Past criminal record? Communicable disease? Not enough resources to stay off public assistance? Occupation? Skin color? Culture? Language? Religion? A small quota because "we don't like your people?"

What does this have to do with using racially offensive words or your initial post that was removed? They are two completely different topics.

The USA lets in BY LAW over 2 million people per year. Thats more then all other Countries put together if I understand the point correctly.

Then you would have no problem of going back to the rules when your grand parents came, of simply showing up at the border and declaring yourself as wanting in, no restrictions on numbers.
