In college I was on the debate team. The subject that year was "The US Congress should pass national legislation on.............." The teams got to choose the blank. There were about 4 issues that were pretty universally the subject. I had a created a case for national poop scooping laws. So I happen to know that fact. I made it to semi finals and was up against the team from the Air Force Academy. I won because the Air Force guys could not keep a straight face debating the danger to society from Dog poop.
