Yep, the Seti version of the final bombardment...

I've got a lot to crunch, upload, report and download tonight, the Death Star must be working those Wookies overtime to get them here. ;)

And with a vengeance......
The Frozen 920 now has 1548 WUs in it's Cuda cache.

Of which 1366 are VHAR shorties.

And since it does those in 2 minutes each, with 2 GTX295s, that's about 11.4 hours worth of shorty crunching.

And since a lot of work requests don't get work, along with the fact that some requests only get 1 or 2 WUs, and if more than 6 uploads get stuck or if whatever work it does get does not successfully download in the 5 minute interval between work requests it does not even ask for more work.........

Well, let's just say it won't take too much for my best rig to be sucking Seti fumes long before the next outage much less work through it.

Luck of the draw, I guess.
That, and a LOT of download babysitting time.

I don't babysit, at least not currently, the PC starts crunching at 10pm and shuts off crunching at 6am, In between It grabs what It needs.

About 85% shorties here, It would have been worse but I had a batch of _2 and _3's turned up.

For some unknown reason WU's started getting very shy about the same time as the AP's run out, before that I was able to maintain a cache but now it has started to slip.

Got enough AP's to keep my CPU busy for a few days, so if things get too bad I will move some VLAR's over to keep things running. With the software - drivers I am running i can comfortably run VLAR's 1 per card, I know its a RAC hit but its better than letting them run dry.

How come I got a bunch of VHARs suddenly only giving 2.* credits per WU? New credit system or what?

Some of those tasks the other person was using an older version of BOINC so I can see why the credits would be low. The others area a bit odd. Could be all of those tasks just didn't have that much data in them making them worth less.

Me I had to let the 6 gpus fend for themselves last night, I was too tired and the temp was below freezing outside.
