Hello Lunatics crew.

I don't know if it's known that the famous -12 error could still happens also with x38g_cuda32 app.

Maybe it's possible that someone DL the WU for analyse/troubleshooting?

Because of the the WU will disappear soon from the overview..
Maybe the <stderr_txt> have useful infos.

Yes it's known, at some point Jason will rewrite the cudaAcc_find_triplets code

Thanks.

I thought I should report this WU immediately before it disappear from the overview.., maybe it would be helpful for analyse/troubleshooting.

I don't know how to DL this WU.

Maybe you know it?

Thanks.

But currently I can't follow how Richard came to the 255 folder.

If I look there and calculate I wouldn't look in the 255 folder.

It's too much for bedtime reading. ;-)

If you understood the manual, maybe if you like you could DL the WU, if it would be helpful for the Lunatics crew?

Or no WUs needed, because the problem of the app is detected?

If I did it right then the file should be here, or maybe here.
I can't connect to the servers at work so I am unsure if I did that right.

The MD5 hash of the file is 73a5583ae9dbb4fae6cf49ee8f75032d
So the part we want is for the folder is 83a. 8 modulo 4 = 0. If you don't want to do the calculation use the table Richard made. So if the first digit of those 3 is 0, 4, 8, or C. Then the mod 4 value is 0.
Then I am unsure of the 3a is left in hex or is converted to decimal. So either /03a/ or /058/. Then again if it 0 then it might just be /3a/ or /58/.

EDIT: So it Should be here without the 0

Your first attempt is very close, none of the fanouts have Zero's as the first character, (as it's silent/invisable) so just remove the Zero from the url,

Thanks to you both.

Ohh - yes.. I can't connect to the S@h server because of the buggy S@h router..
I have tried the DL via Firefox, but it didn't worked.

So it's up to one other to DL the WU and send to the Lunatics crew, if it would be helpful.
This would be nice, thanks..

Basically, it's not worth taking time to look at it. The Lunatics code allows one more sample above Triplet threshold than the stock builds made by nVidia, and also handles two triplets in the same array which the stock builds don't. Beyond that is -12 territory and it is not at the top of Jason's TODO list to code a final solution. Only a very small fraction of WUs have data which trips those limits, and the fix will be to return the array to the CPU and reprocess it there. Getting that coordinated so reporting and such work correctly under all circumstances will take additional coding.

The saying in U.S. English which is appropriate is "We have bigger fish to fry." I won't attempt to translate to Deutsch.
