I know this has been thru here before, but I cannot locate the thread. There is a website that you can download signatures from to use in here. will someone point me in the right direction please?

Maybe even with directions to get it working right?

Maybe if you join a team that already have stats that would help.
If you start your own team then you need to create your stats page
or use Someone like Munday or Bonic.dk

May I humbly suggest Our Team Seti Synergy.
