Oh, BTW, the first three words in the Old Testament are an incorrect intrepretation of the Hebrew original in the KJV. "In the beginning" as translated from the Hebrew is "ba'thalla." The verb infinitive, "le'thalla" means to start or to begin. It does not preclude anything from happening before that time. It should have been translated, "From this time forward" or "At the start of." Just ask any Hebrew scholar. So much for accuracy! You still have avoided my question for obvious reasons. The same goes for my last statement. So if there is a major flaw at the very beginning of the KJV Bible text it would stand to reason that there are many more errors (which there are). I feel sorry for you because if you really took a close and accurate look, your whole world would come crashing down around you. That is probably why you are so myopic; inner self preservation. And another thing, pitching one of your stock guilt trips on me and others here, it just doesn't work. That only works on the ignorant and weak minded which are easy prey for bigoted CULTS like yours. Account frozen... |

There is no debate, just facts and you don't have a leg to stand on. Although given a Catholic parochial education, I speak fluent Hebrew among others. And would you stop using cut & paste from Googling to cover up your lack of knowledge on the subject. You really dropped your pants down to your ankles with that last post. Have you ever considered seeing a good de-programmer? Keep up the postings, you're really starting to entertain me and making me laugh. You really are funny, but I guess that you haven't realized it yet. Account frozen... |

Who is being intolerant now, eh??? Sorry WW I had no idea that I'd made an accustaion. No I've just checked the records and it is not an accusation at all. I have never called you a cult leader dangerous or otherwise. Thats not to say you could be but on the other hand you could not. Angs |

Wordweaver "As I said earlier, if you want to find major errors in the Bible, you will find them, even if they are really non-existent." And if you want to find god's word in the bible you will find it, even though it isn't there. What is there is a collection of old myths describing an ancient people inventing a god for themselvs. Just one of many such instances around the world. One must have a powerful desire to believe in something to latch unto any such nonsense. Dave Nelson |

500 is an interesting number, prove it. The only people who wrote about it had alot to personally gain. After all, without the myth they'd have to go out and find real jobs, now wouldn't they. Just like yourself, Zealots hate competition, it cuts into the bottom line. And you still haven't answered my question about the error in the first three word of Genesis, at least not intelligently or coherently. You wish that you were a bible scholar, you're not, but in fact all you are is a hasher. What you posted was disjointed gibberish. You remind me of the character in The Lord of the Rings, Grima Wormtongue. Account frozen... |

Wordweaver Who said that Jesus was seen by 500? Without looking it up I think that was only claimed by Paul. Am I right or wrong? Dave Nelson |
