Looking in because I was missing?

Exactly my thoughts.

Now where have you both gone?

I configured my cable TV.
I didn´t watch TV for almost 6 weeks now.

Also i thought i should show up more often.

I went to see Bryan Adams at the PNE yesterday. It was an awesome show!!

The Beach Boys opened for him and they put on a pretty good show too. I think they must have raced through everyone of their hits.

My new Werner Corryvrecken kayak paddle arrived from America today.I hope my sprained thumb has healed enough to take it for a try out soon.

At least falling from a kajak won't hurt as much as falling from a bike ;)
(unless you manage to botch stepping into the thing from the pier, end up in the water havind sent it drifting away and hit yourself on both sides...)

You are right there Miep, water is a lot softer than bitumen.

The poeple that invented the kayak chose the shape to make it easier to pull over ice floes (amongst other reasons). You just have to dress for the weather.

7mm compressed neopren wetsuit? drysuit? depends on how wet you usually get and how cozy you want to be - or how steaming :)
