I have checked the hard disk with different computer as well, it's working fine. then what's the problem with it? I can't tell you what the problem is either, but I can tell you that the error message probably is "Disk Boot Failure" and that you are here on the wrong forum. This is for questions and answers about SETI@home, not windows. Gruß, Gundolf Computer sind nicht alles im Leben. He isn't here to ask for help, but to promote his 'school' through his account. |

funny, i thought that you have to have credit or two before you can write here (to promote school?, who needs school if you can read) has he been hacking he´s way here? |

funny, i thought that you have to have credit or two before you can write here The Help Desk forums allow posting without credit, as how else can you ask for help when you can't get the program set up to crunch and gain credit? Only the "main" forums, Number Crunching, Tech News, Cafe etc. require that you have a RAC that's more than one. Those are forums for active crunchers. So even you can get caught out there, if you stop crunching and your RAC gets below 1. Then you won't be able to post in those forums either, not even if you have 6 trillion credits gathered. |
