What's the best way to wind this up? I've already set the work buffer for zero. Any preference I can set that says "finish these and don't download any more?

If you have BOINC Manager, go to the Advanced view, Projects tab, select Seti and click No new tasks. That stops downloading of new work.

Don't forget to update (Projects tab) after uploading the last task, so that it gets reported.
