and the offender is treated different?

They should be treated the same way no matter what the RAC or post count. I am certain the current mod team is trying to do just that.

don't remind me just had o have the front windscreend replaced...
could be sombody had a go at it with an airgun - chip with large crack, that wasn't there when I parked the car - a few days after the UK - sorry England - lost to germany at the Worldcup...

and before that the something or other belt in the motor - already quite expensive and around noon i get a call 'well we took that apart and your water pump is broken as well.' Great ' It will cost ... to replace - just the part no extra labour' Hah... 'so d you want it done?' 'well I need it to drive the car don't I?' 'ehm . yes' 'don't have much of a choice than do I? of courese replace it...' poor mechanic, not used to german frankness :D
