Mike has declared beer'o'clock,
and it's time to whip out the wok.
The aim is to cook some stir fry,
and help the beer go gently down to lie.

Don't forget Mike is calling beer'o'clock
On POETS day, so tick-tock! Tick-tock!
It's good to be back amongst friends and colleagues

Good morning Mike, whose on holiday.
A 3 week week end, none the less.
He'll be running around and watching Blu-Ray
But mostly, sitting beering in his string vest.

Oh! and good morning to Magenta, Monday, Chris (who is hovering), ES (when she looks in) and Jeremy with Mike's new asset (a vacation)
It's good to be back amongst friends and colleagues

Morning all. Tell ya what, that Timmy Taylors seems to have a lot to answer for this weekend!

Had my new gas meter fitted yesterday, and the setting was 99998.000 Apparently I have been given 2 free cubic meters of gas !!!! Woohoo, all down the pub, drinks on me, yay !!!

Chris, not to detract from your good fortune, but a couple cans of pork and beans and a good cold beer provides me the same result.

You may well be better off without it.
But on the bright side, I understand Ned Kelly may be getting his head back.

And for the sake of all those who believe in reincarnation, I steadfastly deny being anywhere near Glenrowan in 1880, however I can neither confirm or deny being near Stringybark Creek in '78.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
