Everything was working fine last night. Speakers were working, this morning, all of a sudden, there's no sound from them. I've checked all the connections...

WTF has happened???

Seti doesn't have sound... ah, that's not what you were asking. ;-)

Plug the speakers into something else (walkman, iPod, MP3 player) to see if they're not dead. try other speakers in your soundcard, to make sure it didn't die.

Or check all sound settings. perhaps one of them is set to Mute.
I also have a wireless keyboard at my TV server, with a very annoying Sound Off button that has on more than one occasion been pressed accidentally while picking up the keyboard. Something like that on your keyboard?

Don't have a sound card. It runs off the mobo. I'm talking Logitech X-210 speakers, not headphones.
Don't have anywhere else to plug it in. System settings are fine.

Maybe you have pushed the mute button on your keyboard?

That's because you can't :)

I gave you an honest answer. In control panel check sound devices. make sure its installed and windows is using the correct device. then have windows test it. the next step for me would be to reinstall drivers.
