She was just verbally being profane and nasty so I stepped up and asked her to take it to the manager. Her response was "So now YOU steppin into MY business?!" I said, "You are delaying a number of people from getting on with their day and I believe this could be handle much more efficiently by a Manager at the Service Desk." Her reply was a physical threat (not surprising) so she was escorted out of the store and banned. ID: 975573 ·
