7 - 3 Canada in the second.

Hard to believe but Canada hasn't beaten Russia at Olympic hockey since the 1960's. Maybe today is the day. :)

And it gets better: Women's bobsleigh Canada wins gold and silver (the US picks up the bronze.)

If it hadn't been for a crash, it would have probably been someone else in the medal mix.

Lindsey Vonn had an accident, CNN said She broke a finger(the little finger), ouch. That and I saw Her crash in the fog. Miss Vonn has an ice wrap on Her hand now(tape delayed of course).

My browser opens to Kenzie's Viagra comment (I know there's a good reply to that somewhere, just can't think of one right now) and the threads fail to show as read. It happens after I post to. Im sure it will be sorted out eventually.

Every once in awhile the universe comes together just right...

My wife and I have this week off, and spent the last few days driving the backroads of southern Ontario, stocking up at local wineries, microbreweries, and farmers markets.

Now I'm sitting at home with a basement full of good wine, good beer, and good food, world class hockey on TV all day today, tomorrow and Saturday, and heavy snow on the way.

It almost makes winter bearable ;).
