A win for Hector Rivera.

Cancer sticks claim a friend. Damn.

Yes, as I get older, suit seems to come out for funerals more often than anything else.

Yeah, It stinks, I've had too many relatives pass away, But since I don't have a suitable outfit to pull out of the closet, I just went in the darkest I have, The dead don't care.

Well,

Quite the thread we have here. Sick is the word for me the last week or so. Oh well, I am not the guest of honor at any services this week.

And I noticed the self examining, self correcting, household friendly changes back there. Sometimes you people just do the right thing and it amazes me. Good on ya.

But I don't know of many who get out of this world alive. I doubt that I will.

And Angela, dear, you are the nicest, most lovely person I have never met. And the word is waggle, I believe.

@SJ, what is the new cat's name? And margerine is non bio degradeable plastic in a tub. Put a tub of margerine out side for a few days. Flies won't go near it. Butter is better for you in "moderation" of course.

And of course, Congrats, Carlos!

2 cents for 2 day.

Gary, I am sorry to hear of your loss. May the memories of the good times you shared with your friend sustain you during this difficult time.

Greg, didn't your mama teach you not to believe everything you read on the internet? In actuality I am a witch-on-wheels! Now drink some soup and get well soon!

Ang, you just never know what you are going to get in a box of chocolates!

I did make turkey noodle soup, sloppy joes and jello to live on this past weekend.

Didn't your mama ever tell you to just say "thank you" and leave them guessing?

Well at 50 calories a serving the Light Margarine(Country Crock)[calories from fat 45], It has 8% fat[5g], saturated fat 5%[1g], polyunsaturated fat 2.5g, monounsaturated fat 1.5g, sodium 90mg/4%, trans fat 0%, cholesterol 0%, protein 0g, total carbohydrate 0g/0% and Its a 39% vegetable oil spread. And It's only $2.49 at Stater Brothers Market last I looked... According to the label Butter has 11g Fat, 100 calories and 30mg cholesterol, So I'll stick with what I buy, It tastes good and Its better for Me than butter would be. You want Yer arteries to clog up, fine eat Yer Butter, I will eat healthy.

Oh and what Cat? It's not July yet, Oh I'm watching one named: Kitsy
But that's all I can do right now. :D

Mankind has been eating butter for 5,000 years, margerine for 50. I am not a fan of what margerine really is. Get past all the food info and compare it to yellow latex paint in a tub. You may find the food values similar.

Margerine was created during WWII as butter was rationed. The yellow color came in a "bubble" that you crushed and mixed into the margerine to make it yellow.

No argument here, just be careful what you believe about margerine. Some say it isn't food at all.

I missed you too, SJ

Well paint isn't edible and wouldn't pass FDA muster as food, You die If You swallowed any, Margarine will not kill ya, paint will(Internally or Externally). If You don't trust the label, Then I don't know what to say.

Oh and Margarine has been around for at least 100 years... Just thought I'd bring Ya up to date(See the link). As Margarine was discovered in 1813... that's 196 years ago, Gee Whiz, I didn't know WWII was in 1813... ;p

wiki wrote:
Margarine originated with the discovery by Michel Eugène Chevreul in 1813 of margaric acid (itself named after the pearly deposits of the fatty acid from Greek μαργαρίς, -ρῖτης or μάργαρον (margarís, -îtēs / márgaron), meaning pearl-oyster or pearl).[1] Scientists at the time regarded margaric acid, like oleic acid and stearic acid, as one of the three fatty acids which, in combination, formed most animal fats. In 1853, the German structural chemist, Wilhelm Heinrich Heintz, analyzed margaric acid as simply a combination of stearic acid and of the previously unknown palmitic acid.

Paint=Petroleum(POISON)
Margarine=Animal Fat and/or Vegetable oil(GOOD)
Butter=comes from a Cow or some other Animal[Mammals](OK)

Oh and It's Margarine as Margarine has only one "e" and if You enter the one word with an extra "e" instead of the one with the 2nd "a" Google will steer Ya to the right word, Which is Margarine and sever other websites(Dictionaries too) say It's Margarine and not Margerine which is a corruption of Margarine, Also My spell checker agrees with Google. :D

I'm on a budget, Butter I can't afford and My choice is below, According to Walmart It's Kosher too. So If It's good enough to be Kosher for those of Jewish ancestry, It's good enough for Me.

Some have asked about My next cat, So far I've been watching Kitsy here,
She's a Domestic Short Hair-Gray, Tuxedo and is medium in size, I'd do the deed on the 1st, but there is only so much money here and so It'll happen when I'm ready financially in July and when I have the needed automated litter box and such(That I'll pay for when I can), She's house trained of course and has Her shots and is fixed. :D

Sorry Greg, I was watching an Enterprise rerun, It was full of Klingon Augments. :D The show was very infecting and It took an Archer to finish the episode. ;)

Thanks on Kitsy, As to resist, I have no choice, Unless circumstances change between now and July I have to wait, If Kitsy gets adopted by someone else, I'll just look for another female short hair cat.

OK people, SJ needs a new kittie named Kitsie. We need to make sure he can adopt her. Just look at those green eyes, Mark!

What do we need to do SJ?

Let's roll people!

When you are ready, SJ....start the search anew......
Every day, there are hundreds of kitties who are cast into the shadow world....
These shadow kitties all need a loving home as much as any other kitty on the planet........
And one will have 'SJ' written all over it.

Trust me on this.......for I am the kittyman.
