Well Mark, you have found friends from this post and also taken a bit of stick from people who don't appreciate your posts.

I guess all of us who help out with SETI have some common factors. We all have an interest in the wider Universe (and perhaps our place in it). Many have health issues and the Forum perhaps sometimes keeps our blood pressure
lower : )

Good to know the SETI message board community are enablers of a very serious disease-Alcoholism.

The OP(Furyman) on another thread even makes light(as usual) of it by responding "half a bottle" when a poster says "knowing your difficulties are 'half the battle'.

If these people are friends, thank goodness all I have are enemies.

When an Alcoholic wrecks(kills, etc) lives, you all can tell the loved ones of the victim how "friendly" you have been to the perpetrator.

God watches out for fools, they say. And I'll admit that I was one at the time.
But not for many years now. So that can be laid to rest.

I also, although a life member of the NRA, do not currently own a firearm. Even though I shall defend our right to do so.
