Hopefully It won't rain or snow on the 26th here in California.

California is a big place. I'll bet it snows somewhere in Cal on the 26th! I'll bet there will be people that are very glad to see it too!

* can't wait to come back to Cal next year! *

You are welcome any time Abndy.
California's not so big. But your right. When I was in school one year for easter break I took a bunch of my friends to camp in the Serria. After the first night they didn't like it because of the cold and snow. So we drove to the beach instead. Only place I know where you can go from -20 to +80 in a few hours.

Ah, the famed Ski and Surf party. Snow skiing in the morning and ocean surfing in the afternoon.

Besides California, this can be done with the Pyrenees or Alps and the Mediterranean sea, well if you can call that surfing.

New Zealand's first rocket launches in about 5 minutes from Great Mercury Island in the North Island. I'm not feeling too great today, so I will be staying home (it's a Monday). So I'm typing this on my iPhone whilst watching the countdown on television...

There is one other place I know of where one can ski on snow and surf on a surfboard, Hawaii.

Turkey is just about gone. Am making turkey soup with the carcass. Still have some mashed potatoes, dressing and pie left. May have to make another turkey to use it all up!

The movie was not bad. (now for a truly BAD movie, try "Just Imagine" filed in 1930 about what life would be like in 1980 - clean miss, and lots of bad physics to boot).
