Looks like there will probably be a 30 minute delay. "Running behind schedule"... I´ve never seen Florida´s North-East beaches so closely from an Helicopter! |

Looks like there will probably be a 30 minute delay. "Running behind schedule"... Very nice isn't it! Loved that split-second view of Ares I-X and Atlantis both in shot at once! Launch Update: Out of the built in hold at 8:25 AM EDT, launch at 8:29 AM EDT (29 minutes late) - Luke. |

LAUNCH UPDATE: Just under 20 minutes now until liftoff @ 8:29 AM EDT According to Mission Control, there will be no steam vented when the rockets fire at T-6.6 seconds, unlike the Shuttle. Technically, liftoff will occur at roughly 0.28 seconds, after SRB firing, that is when the thrust will become stronger than the weight of the rocket. - Luke. |

Well, it has been delayed again, and I shouldn't stay up any longer. Not going to sit round at 1:30 in the morning here any longer. Night all. Good night from 5:29am PDT here in Yermo(8:29am EDT for NASA), still no launch, yet. I had to tune to the NASA channel as the Networks are ignoring this. It's a 4 minute hold cause of some rain showers that are 30 miles away. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

Night all. 9:24am EDT(6:24am PDT from Yermo) is correct, Their worrying about upper level winds I gather, Sometimes someone actually says something, Otherwise You'd think they were hiding from the zombies. ;) The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

Fabric probe cover is stuck, but not probe. Looks like they just might launch after they break the rope that is connected to the cover. Still holding. |
