Since the recent database outage at the weekend when I look at my account I see the total credit increasing in line with expectations. The problem is that this information is not being reflected in the "projects in which you participating" part. I also use boinc stats to track my credit and the numbers here have not increased since the database outage. I have also checked on several other tracking sites and these have all stuck at this same number. I am guessing that this site is not passing out updated figures to the other external sites. Thanks |

Stats export is run from the replica database which is disabled for the time being. Why? Read this thread. |

The stats come off the replica database which is in a messed up state and has been taken off line until it can be cleaned up during the Tuesday maintenance shutdown. |

The replica database is running again, so at the next time the stats sites try to get an update, they can. |

Well, I found it but I don't understand it and you aren't going to like it. http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/workunit.php?wuid=433826513 It shows you received it on 18 April and it shows client detached on 19 April. I really have no idea how it managed to stay on your machine and complete. I also noticed you have quite a few more WUs showing detached around that same time so I would check to make sure this won't happen again. PROUD MEMBER OF Team Starfire World BOINC |

Thats the second astro pulse wu to do that. As long as the work is not lost all is ok. I was having problems with 6.20 so I stopped everything, removed the program then turned off the firewalls and downloaded again. Now the records are a mess.It lists a number of cuda projects as in progress that are not . |

You might try going through and aborting those you know are no good on your BM. At least that might keep you from running them for nothing. The work has already gone out to other crunchers so it is no loss to the project. Hope you got everything straightened out. PROUD MEMBER OF Team Starfire World BOINC |

I,ve collected the numbers of the wu,s and could use some help. Could you walk me through the process of aborting them? They were sent on 4/20 and have not been run on this machine.there are 16 cuda wu,s and a astro pulse listed twice. |

They were sent on 4/20 and have not been run on this machine.there are 16 cuda wu,s and a astro pulse listed twice. Nothing to it. Just highlight them in your Boinc Manager and hit the abort button on the left hand side. This is just to get them off your machine as they have already been marked as client detached on the seti server. PROUD MEMBER OF Team Starfire World BOINC |

I found them in the results section. they don,t appear on the bm. Thats where the astro pulse wu,s were listed as well. I,m lost here. If the WU,S were reassigned why are they still retained on my machine? Do i have to monitor the work and delete these as they appear on the bm? |

If the WU,S were reassigned why are they still retained on my machine? Do i have to monitor the work and delete these as they appear on the bm? If you find the tasks onsite but not in your local BM, you can't do anything; just let them expire. What perryjay was speaking about, is the other way around: you find them in your BM but they are marked as "client detached" onsite. You would get no credits for those tasks and would waste your computing time, so it's best to abort them. Gruß, Gundolf Computer sind nicht alles im Leben.
