Well No TV Tech showed, But of course I didn't think one would, More likely the guy meant Friday or Saturday.

Well, have fun in manual mode for another day or two.....

Yeah, Not a problem I got the TV volume adjusted just perfectly for either My old recliner or the computer desk. Muting the TV just means turning the box off for the moment of course.

. . . you could even get one of these and listen' to the radio ;)

Ha ha, Dr CETI the TV will be repaired, Then I may look into releveling the house that I live in as the Moths may be coming in through the front door as the house may not be level anymore, Which explains why the front door is hard to lock now.

Correct.

Thanks, mate....

If I was wrong, I would not mind having been corrected by one in the ways of the local lingo....

I just always took it up as a kinda 'slap on the back' kinda term.........

Learned it, I guess, much on these forums.........

Much as a few British terms that have been bandied about here.......

'Bandied'.....that might be another one of them.......

In New Zealand, it's used to describe the term "friendship" more than any other word, but I suppose, it some countries, it could be taken as a casual term, like you suggested. Teach me American grammar and terms, Mate. ;)
