I'm running three hosts from the same location yet all three show different time zones. What do I need to do to corret this? |

Your computer clock's date&time zone. In Windows, double click the clock in the system tray. Go to the Timezone tab. Change your timezone to where you are. |

All three are already the same. I've also made sure all three are updated at SETI. |

Your time is also correct? Which versions of BOINC are they using? There were some older BOINC versions that didn't show the UTC +/- X correctly. |

All three are using the same version. It's here I see the time zone difference http://stats.kwsn.net/host.php?hostid%5B%5D=6301792&hostid%5B%5D=7097661&hostid%5B%5D=7689215&proj=all It may only be that site I have the problem. I'm not sure. I'll contact Toby and let him know. I would think that he gets his data from SETI though. |

Im not sure if this is the same thing as mentioned but it's been bugging me! You can see a line there that says im UTC -4 but really im UTC -5. Windows is set correctly and I can't find a setting in bionic. I don't even know where that info (my TZ) is used but I would like to set it right. thx. 8/15/2008 8:19:18 AM||Starting BOINC client version 6.2.16 for windows_intelx86 8/15/2008 8:19:18 AM||log flags: task, file_xfer, sched_ops 8/15/2008 8:19:18 AM||Libraries: libcurl/7.18.0 OpenSSL/0.9.8e zlib/1.2.3 8/15/2008 8:19:19 AM||Data directory: C:\ProgramData\BOINC 8/15/2008 8:19:19 AM||Running under account Paul 8/15/2008 8:19:19 AM|SETI@home|Found app_info.xml; using anonymous platform 8/15/2008 8:19:19 AM||Processor: 2 GenuineIntel Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6700 @ 2.66GHz [x86 Family 6 Model 15 Stepping 6] 8/15/2008 8:19:19 AM||Processor features: fpu tsc sse sse2 pni mmx 8/15/2008 8:19:19 AM||OS: Microsoft Windows Vista: Home Edition, Service Pack 1, (06.00.6001.00) 8/15/2008 8:19:19 AM||Memory: 2.00 GB physical, 4.23 GB virtual 8/15/2008 8:19:20 AM||Disk: 156.25 GB total, 36.28 GB free 8/15/2008 8:19:20 AM||Local time is UTC -4 hours 8/15/2008 8:19:20 AM||No coprocessors 8/15/2008 8:19:43 AM|SETI@home|URL: http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/; Computer ID: 3095726; location: home; project prefs: default |

I'm at UTC+1, but with DST active, UTC+2 is shown. Gruß, Gundolf Computer sind nicht alles im Leben. (Kleiner Scherz) SETI@home classic workunits 3,758 SETI@home classic CPU time 66,520 hours |
