Yummy, looks very tasty.

The eye doc.

I went to my doc in April. All fine. I need no eye glasses.

Somewhere in a fine shop in Germany, there's a pair of eyeglasses pining for you, missing you, waiting patiently for their hero to come and take them away.

May your Rumplsiltskins have a long wait! :]]

Hey Beets, Moon, Misfit and Stealth Eagle.

Hope all is fine?!

Heyas Champ!!!

I think so, and I hope so. I'll know more after I see the eye doctor in a couple of hours. If the news is good, I'm going to celebrate with a Montreal Smoked Meat sandwich. I only go out for these on special occasions or once a month.

YUM!!! :]]

Tha looks like a corned beef sandwich like you would get from a Jewish Deli. and Yummmmmm is right.

You got that right! :]] Jewish Delis have got the best corned beef, smoked meat and pastrami going.

What's not shown in the pic is the "Kosher Dill", a major part of the YUM experience. They're garlic and dill pickles; some people like the "old" dills which are the sourest pickles, and others like the "new" which are cripier and crunchier, closer to a cucumber.

The best store-bought brand for Kosher dills is "Strubs Pickles", imho. A lot of the Jewish Delis make their own...and those are the very best. :]]

After years of going to the "old" dills, I've lately become a fan of the "new".

Do you have a preference? If so, which?

I haven't been to a Jewish Deli in years, but I like all the pickles that I have gotten from the Delis. So I would have to say no preference to that. As for the sandwiches I would have to say that both the corned beef and the pastrami are equal favorites. :)

Hey Beets and everybody else here!

Have you seen your horoscope for today?

That sandwich looks delicious! Makes me pine for a pastrami sandwich myself now. Yes, I've heard that the best pastrami is made in a shop in New York City, there is an American rock musician who lives here, Billy Cross, who in a tv program took the tv crew to all his favorite places in New York City and told about them, and they also visited that shop, where he spoke with the owner, who showed how they make the pastrami. It looked so delicious. And yes, a lot of the good deli's in New York City are owned by Jews, they certainly know what good food is!

Send me one of those sandwiches when you can. ;-D

Heyas Fuzzy!!!

That's a really cool site! :]]

I can't get the horoscope movie right now because my CPU is overloaded, but I'll be sure to check it out later.

I'm going to send you that pastrami sandwich as soon as I can. We're just trying to figure out a way to get it past the sniffing security dogs at the airport. :]]

Heyas Champ!!!

I was just thinking of you today! I bought this really nice Solingen steel straight razor today...but now I don't have either a strop or a whetstone to sharpen it with.

Oh well, one step at a time. They say, "The first cut is the deepest." LOL

Hello My Good Friend!!!

I'm sorry to hear about your cold, and I hope you feel much better real soon!

It's still summer weather during the day here, but the nights are becoming quite cold, so autumn is on its way.

I want to congratulate you again on your fine "Simple Math Problems" thread. It's a real winner!!!

I reccomend a hot toddy, or hot tea with a good shot of rum in it.

GET WELL SOON!!!

Hey Beets.

Yes, there's a lot of stuff on Newgrounds, and it's all Flash movies, so it doesn't work as youTube or any of those, you'll have to open the videos yourself.

As I showed Champ over in the other thread, you click on the marked link:

About that pastrami sandwich, well, you could deliver it yourself, you know! ;-) Come over here and enjoy the country a few days. You can travel now, you are free to do so. ;-D

Hi Luke, I am sorry to hear about your cold as well. What I do when I feel a cold coming on is take a Zinc lozenge called Coldeeze It works to cut the length of time you have the cold in 1/2 if you start taking it after you already have the cold but if you take it before you actually get the cold you may not get it at all. I don't know if it is available there or not. I hope it is.

Bob

My favorite Eagle

I don't think Luke is sick. Just in case I am mistaken, he should drink the Grog I brewed for Moon in the bar. No sense in it going to waste.

I agree, I think that would be a grand idea.

There is no need to snooze BOINC, they open fine...

I think the reason is elsewhere. HA HA HA!
