I had fun today, but I'm feeling a bit cranky because I wasted the day. <rolls his eyes, shrugs his shoulders>

I've given up on the Olympics for now. I can't believe I'm saying it, but somehow, so far, it's downright BORING!!! :[[

Yep, you're very right...it's always nice to see Moon here. :]]

I'd enjoy seeing some of those. :]]

I'll never forget the first time I saw a Forumula 1 car up close and personal.
Wow! I was just this huge powerful engine with a bit of tin foil wrapped around it. The cockpit was so small that if you jammed me in it, we'd need a crane to pull me back out of it. LOL

It looked VICIOUSLY FAST!

I'll bet some of these cars look that way. :]]

Hehheheh. Thanks for the trick question: the Norwegian women haven't played yet. Is it true you're coaching the team?

But women's beach volleyball is a full Olympic sport and the winning teams bring a real sense of pride to the countries they represent. A case in point...

Far from the war zone, the Georgia's women's beach volleyball team beat Russia.

The women, Cristine Santanna and Andrezza Chagas, were born and live in Brazil. They became Georgia’s only women’s beach volleyball team two years ago. They were seriously considering leaving the Olympics when Russia attacked Georgia two days before the match.

President Mikhail Saakashvili of Georgia asked the team to stay. Santanna says she not only knows who Saakashvili is, but that he signed her and Chagas’s passports. And Saakashvili’s wife Sandra, who is Dutch, was once a volleyball player.

Heyas Champ!!!

I think so, and I hope so. I'll know more after I see the eye doctor in a couple of hours. If the news is good, I'm going to celebrate with a Montreal Smoked Meat sandwich. I only go out for these on special occasions or once a month.

YUM!!! :]]
