I have avoided it up until now because I have been very close to getting married twice. Both times, I was a victim of infidelity. If I have to deal with that kind of crap, I would much rather be single.

As far as people saying " you just haven't found the right one " or " you just need to stop picking the wrong women "...well...if I can find someone intelligent that doesn't take themselves very seriously....that doesn't think that every waking moment HAS to be spent in each other's presence....won't expect to " change " who I am...and would have enough of a sense of humor to have a Murderdolls song played at the wedding reception....I just might reconsider getting married.

I hear ya KM .... the clingy ones are too much... and sharing in the bills does not stop at the spending and causing... both people need to fork over a fair portion to pay for those amounts... not blowing their own funds- thus forcing the there to spend all of theirs on the monthly budget.
