Mittens the kitten.......what a handle for the kitty!! She followed my son from grade school one day.... She has owned us ever since. It's now 17 years later. LOL One time sitting on the toilet my son came around the corner & surprised her. It was claws & fur flying, but she didn't fall in! I don't know how she does it. I don't think she drinks the water, & she definitely doesn't use the toilet. Just a place to relax & we've long since quit trying to figure her out. To Fuzzy..........and Bouncer....... The kitties have oft left their impressions 'round here, Their musings and mine have not often been clear..... Just to make it quite clear, so's I express it quite clearly, I hold Seti crunching and the kitties' quite dearly. You don't all have to agree with my thinkings, a diff'rence of opinions' what keeps things go on clinking... The fact that you're here and surveying my poem Means you care enough to look and see where I am going. I don't mean to say (so to say as some've said) that I hide behind kitties......and into my posts they have read all manner of thinking, not quite what I had thought, and reading other thoughts into the words I have wrought... No other thoughts here, 'cept just what I have written...... Just the gentle shared musings of my mind and the kittens... My posts are quite innocent, usually my friends..... and typically don't have any political ends. I just wish to share the good thoughts of the kitties and enjoin you to strive for the good ends of Seti..... I don't mean to say that my path you should follow... My path in this life has been scattered and shallow. Hard to find signposts.....can't see where the path ends.... But I find that when I come here I can always find friends.... When my time comes and God calls, I just hope that the kittens end up with someone who loves them as much as I did here. I've shared all I had with the rest of you often, And hope you will shed a dear tear o'er my coffin. And care for the kitties for the rest of their lives, and may they make your life here just as happy as mine was. I'm not going away soon, these are just my mind's wand'rings.... Hoping that your life is as won'drous as my kitty-blessed life is. And may you be blessed by the love of some kitties true kindness....... Another kitty poem....... This ain't sorta' on the topic right now.... but what is everyone's kitties general mood/personality? Zazo is - Active, Boisterous, Domination sorta kittie.... Sonar is - Laid back, Lazy, Bubbly personality..... sorta cat.... Who's cats are what???? I'd like to know.... Best Regards, Luke. Sunshine- she's the princess. Sweet, calm, gentle, soft meowing, loving, and a lap kitty. When she cries my heart cries with her. As precious as she is though- she does have her buttons- and she'll whop tail when she needs to. Nieca- she's the socialite. This cat loves to greet people and she loves acting up for attention. She is such a clown some times. She's also the instigator and likes to stir up trouble. Nieca ( knee - sah ) is often racing around chasing the other cats or meowing her demands for play. Athena- the independant. This cat has cat-titude; she is persistent, resilient, and loves playing 'copy cat' especially with Nieca. She has taken up a few of the other's habits... But unlike Nieca- when it comes to getting on top of the fridge and the kitchen cabinets- she'll do it herself; where Nieca insists on a helping shoulder up. Athena is the epitome of the song "anything you can do I can do better" She not only tries- she does but she does need to remember not to mess with Sunshine when it comes to treats.
