Is there anywhere that explains what the boinc_cmd arguments actually do beyond what you get with boinc_cmd --help

Failing that does anyone know what argument causes the command line client to update the seti server in the same way that the windoze client does when you click on the update button (I dont have a GUI on that machine). I am completing work units and they stack up, I want to see them on my status page without trying every boinc_cmd argument. The 'my computers' page takes a while to catch up so I dont know what argument did the trick.

Sure, it's here at BOINCCmd, the BOINC Command Tool.

boinc_cmd --project setiathome.berkeley.edu update
