Yeah I've got a Belkin 8 port KVM, A Linksys 8 port router(I also have a 4 port version that's in storage too) and all of It's in the Kitchen(along w/3 Quad PCs), Soon enough I'll be going away from using TEC based heatsinks and going to the biggest baddest heatsinks I can buy(Scythe Orochi), Of course I'll have to get 3 new cases as My 8" wide cases won't hold them(at least w/the left door closed at least), So It's either a Coolermaster 830 or 832 case(They're not cheap either), I said the heatsinks were BIG and with a Fan on Top, Even Bigger still, Like 9.15" total or with a 25mm fan instead of a 38mm fan It would be only 8.63" and hence the Coolermaster cases as they're 9.84" wide and I've not found any case as wide that, that is less expensive or even just as wide.

I think your mice might flee at the sight of this er... dohickey.
The guys at dvhardware.net seem impressed.

It's a little small for msattler, anyone agree?

I just ordered one from FrozenCPU $60.95 Also bought a 120mm fan for it. The stock fan is very slow. Most of the reviews suggested the larger fan. Mark I let you know if this works better than the Big Typhoon.

FrozenCPU has their office about 10 minutes from my home. Their office is like a playground--some neat stuff!

Which would that be? The motherboard or the humongous heatsink?

Oh I did find another case that this monster would fit in and yep It's from Coolermaster, It's the Cosmos and It's about 10.47" wide, But due to the Cosmos poor design(psu in bottom sucking in Dust from the floor) and the poor air filters(thin and almost nonexistent). I changed My mind on the heatsinks and the cases looking at some of the cases I have here as the small cases are warmer than the tall case, So three 830s for about $233 each and three of the Orochi heatsinks at maybe $63 each If Directron will carry them are back on My long term list as I have at least three 120mm 150cfm Delta fans laying about that would love to have a heatsink under them and so are back on My long term buying list.

Never tried VNC, but I know a lot of users here swear by it....
I LOVE LOVE LOVE VNC. It allows me to control my various computers & servers from various places with my laptop (And nurse along the new norton firewall on two non - boinc machines. The firewall sucks - It blocks so many innocent things, by default it even blocks it's own update program)

Do you have a suggestion for a VNC program? Perhaps free. I'd like to try that ,as I have a two channel kvm and another machine I'd like to use.

TightVNC is what I've always used, and it is free.
