Probably so. I can't explain why I find it funny; I have an odd sense of humor, I guess.

Does anybody else find this pic funny?

I do. LOL

Good your eyes are better now, Beets.

I knew there was at least one reason we get along so well! :]]]

Thanks for your good wishes, Fuzzy!!!

GOD BLESS!!!

Beets

You're welcome. :-)

Yeah, we have always been able to laugh together, haven't we?

Is that billboard sign for real? It reminds me so much of that urban legend where the man ran away with a younger woman leaving his wife at home. Then he called her and said he wanted a divorce, so he said she could have all of their assets except for his very expensive car which he asked her to sell and send him the money for. Then she put it for sale for $1, which she sold it for and then she sent him the $1 and said "Here's the money I sold your car for!" LOL

Then they can learn it, can they! Hehe!

Seems there really is a story like this:

Scorned wife sells Lotus for 50p

A Birmingham radio DJ discovered hell hath no fury like a woman scorned after his wife sold his £25,000 luxury sports car on the internet for 50p.

Tim Shaw's wife, Hayley, put the Lotus Espirit Turbo on eBay after her husband propositioned glamour model Jodie Marsh live on-air on his Kerrang! FM show.

Mrs Shaw, 27, said the flirtatious interview had been the "last straw" in their relationship.

The car sold within minutes of it being posted on the internet site.

Mr Shaw upset his wife when he announced over the air that he would leave her and their two young children for Ms Marsh.

The item description for the car on eBay read: "I need to get rid of this car immediately - ideally in the next two to three hours before my husband gets home to find it gone and all his belongings in the street."

Mrs Shaw, who admitted she had sold the car after a few drinks, said: "When he said he would leave me and the kids for Jodie Marsh, that was it for me.

"I am sick of him disrespecting me and this family for the sake of his art. I didn't care about the money, I just wanted to get him back."

This just in....

Following last weeks sham election in Zimbabwe won by President Robert Mugabe, inflation hits 2.2 Million percent (official), maybe even 15 Million percent. (unofficial)

Just before the election, the currency was trading at about 7 billion Zimbabwe dollars to $1 US. By early this week, the black-market rate had risen to about 60 billion to $1 US.

The price of a loaf of bread, which stood at 60 billion Zimbabwe dollars — worth $1 U.S. at the then black-market rate but $400 U.S. at the official exchange rate — on Monday, had risen to 100 billion dollars...a little more than 24 hours later.

(reported today in the Ottawa Citizen)
