This coulda! been my face earlier today. :0
Although allergic to 'em my entire life, I like cats.
Today? not so much with one in particular ...

Ladies and Gentlemen Boys and Girls Children of all ages!

I present to you my choice for *Psycho Cat du Jour!* award

A friends 4~5 mo. old kat, as I reached for my lighter it had just knocked to the floor, decided my face
was now fair game ... caught it in mid-lunge

Anyone else saved your face, or anything else, due to your reflexes / timely reactions / responses to ... stuff ? :)

haha no kidding eh? Over the years we've had way more cats than dogs .. I think @ one point there were 10 named, and ? dunno how many more barn cats out @ the farm. plus the horses cows chickens etc.
I like all animals, but this kitten .. geez! Next time I go over I'm packin' a (water) pistol! ;)

hmm a kittykat did officially scratch me :)
As I mentioned, I'm simply curious about others having close calls etc.

My cat Puck was so upset when we were moving that he would not let anyone near him. When I tried to pick him up he scratched both my hands my chest and my wrist. Lucky the it wasn't my face.

Oh, is about close calls or about kitties? I'm just interested, need to count number of threads and size on servers. How much space is this kitty/close call thread taking up so far? Will you be mentioning squirrels?

My close call was rescuing a neighbour's giant long eared rabbit, not quite as large but similar to this -

It had escaped in to the road, and needed rescuing. In the struggle to pick it up it kicked it's back legs and ripped open my arm (in the summer and a T-shirt)

The cut was similar to this -

It's good to be back amongst friends and colleagues
