"THE AMERO" is real This is how myths like these perpetuate themselves. The guy that designed the 'Amero' has been interviewed about this. He is an artist who has also designed legitimate coins for the U.S. government. Once he heard about this phony story about a supposed North American Union he decided it would be fun to design a coin to go with it as part of his artwork. He plans on selling them in limited quantites each year for profit as an artist. (each coin would be sequentially numbered). The whole reason he decided to do this (other than to profit as an artist) was in response to the urban legend in the first place. The coins are not and will never be legal tender. There's another prominent artist in the U.S. that designs his own currencies and sells them. I forget his name. For a while the Secret Service was giving him a hassle over it but I believe a court ruled they were not technically counterfeit as they didn't replicate a legitimate currency in the first place. Well I guess this means that I can't believe anything Lou Dobbs says. Is it possible that this whole 'war on terror' thing is also an urban legand? It would be a matter of separating fact from fiction, whether intentional or not. The most believable lie is told when buried in truth. One needs to debate all sides of the issues to theirself and get as much (impartial) information as possible. Which may be hard to find of course. But can anyone name any politician in power that is proposing such a thing as a law or even as a notion to be considered? And I'm not asking for references to politicians that talk about the NAU in response to the urban legend they have heard about or have been asked about by constituents. Bill Gates and Steven Jobs Gates and Jobs aren't politicians. No, they aren't, but who do you think runs the politicians? You don't really think that all the plans and policies for the United States comes out of DC, do you? Congress and the White House are just a front for the real power here in the US. Oh I see. Bill Gates and Steve Jobs are conspiring to abolish the USA and create a nation of 3 : mexico, usa, canada. What would they be doing this for exactly? Which politicians do they control? Can you name some specific ones? It gives them access to a greater work force and market supply. As for specific names of politicians they control, it is easier to name the ones they don't control. The list is much shorter. On the short list: Chuck Hagel Larry Craig John Warner Notice that these three recently have decided to leave office. Sen. Craig may have been compromised recently and changed his mind. I believe that is the reason for his decision to stay and fight the charges. If he plays ball, they will be dropped. My challenge from the other day still stands though. Name ONE politician that has proposed such a thing....just one. This is just the latest urban legend propagated on the internet.
