I have four hosts crunching, two seem OK, they complete a WU and get credited. With the other two the WUs get completed but they don't automatically upload the results, when I click "update" the completed WUs disappear from BOINC and nothing gets credited to those hosts, the one exception being a one minute WU which did upload and was credited as 0.04. Any suggestions as to what's occuring and how to fix it? MTIA |

One thing you may look at is the ending number on the wu. If it's _0, _1 or _2, then it could take a while. If it's _3 or higher, credit should happen pretty quickly. [/i] |

Hi Tozer, Is your message Tab confirming your upload complete? If this is the case they should be getting credited unless it is like Terry said. If you are waiting on current WU's to be credited, it might not happen until later today or tomorrow. Because of the back log, and being flooded with additional WU's. Somewhere in another post they also mentioned that the people that 'Unattached" blew out their workunits, so some may not have been recycled as of yet.. Happy Crunching, Regards, Rocky |

not just a backlog or flood, but 3 or more of the exact same WU is crunched by SETIboinc users (hence the _1 _2 _3 endings, as terry said), then all of the WU's have to be validated by the validator. But it may not be days, but weeks, or rarely a month or more, as per MLCudd has said about people who unattach, or reset SETI. [/url] |
