did i have 2 make a shortcut on Startup or how did i configure BOINC 2 run minimize when i turn on the PC

please help guys!

Your shortcut should be ..BOINC\boinc_gui.exe -min if you are not using the client.
Just ad the - and the min, with a space after the exe.

Don't be afraid if you see the icon coming up then disappearing for a few seconds and showing up again. This is normal.
