Ahh.......German angst rock.......Du Hast.

Nein, kein angst, nur tanzmetal.

One of my favorites. The lyrics is so clever:

Du
du hast
du hast mich
du hast mich gefragt
du hast mich gefragt, und ich hab nichts gesagt

Willst du bis der Tod euch scheidet
treu ihr sein für alle Tage

Nein

Willst du bis zum Tod, der scheide
sie lieben auch in schlechten Tagen

Nein

One of my other favorites:

Rammstein - Ohne Dich

It's so beautiful, and the video is amazing.

The Leaves were an American garage band formed in California in 1963. They are best known for their version of the song "Hey Joe" (1965)

Date: Thu, 14 Nov 1996 15:28:21 -0500
From: Andrew Rogers <rogers@hi.com>
Subject: ./l/leaves/hey_joe.crd

As far as anyone can tell (cf. _Goldmine_ #195), the Leaves were the first
to record this much-covered 60's icon (as 'Hey Joe, Where You Gonna Go' in
1965)
. The hit version (Mira 222; #31 in July, 1966) presented here is a
subsequent re-recording. --AWR

Hey! Joe! where you goin' with that gun in your hand?
I said hey-hey Joe, where you goin' with that gun in your hand
I'm goin' out to find my woman, now, she's been runnin' round with

Ah-hey-hey Joe, what, oh, what are you gonna do
Ah-hey-hey Joe, tell me what are you gonna do
Well I guess I'll shoot my woman, now, that's what I'll do
Said I guess I'll shoot them both before I'm through

Then you'll enjoy this as well:

The Doors - When The Music's Over

It's from a direct tv concert on Danish tv from 1968. I have posted the whole concert earlier in this thread or it's predecessor somewhere. I am old enough to remember that concert, I was 13 at that time and a great fan of The Doors. I had been with my first boyfriend that evening and got home just for that concert on tv. An outstanding concert, it's still being shown from time to time.
