At the time the outage occured, there were only 140,000 results ready to send even though the buffer is set for 200,000. But there's plenty of network traffic & i just got a couple of Work Units after several attempts, so it looks like the splitters are keeping up with demand, but not able to outpace it to build up a buffer.
