Proxima the car bike hybrid concept

This will never be street legal as It has no bumpers Front or Rear, The Rear Turn Signals/Lane Change indicators and Brake Lights are not positioned correctly to be seen from the rear or from another vehicle that is following the Proxima as the way It's currently designed It looks is unsafe at any speed. According to US Law It has 4 wheels, There are things that would need to be changed to make It drivable on US roads, It also would need Seat Belts and Air Bags too.

It is safe to say if This vehicle were put into production these issues would resolved. Besides I see cars all the time driving around the city streets with bumpers torn off as well as head lights missing.
