My CPU has changed to some ridiculous long name: They are doing some testing because some projects do not like some processors. They are trying to see if they can filter the units going to those processors. Of course first they have to see if they can find those processors. Seti is not one of those projects but the testing is in Boinc. |

5.8.11 is what is installed. What I noticed is when BOINC is trying to download a file to the computer then fails I receive an error messege. I will abort the transfer then update again then the down load will succeed. Has anybody else had this happen to them LETS BEGIN IN 2010 |

I will abort the transfer then update again then the down load will succeed. Some of your units are still being returned with version 5.8.8. Apparently you missed some of your computers? Could that be the problem? and I sold my 1960's strat in 1974 for $175....Arrrrrrrg !!! God we SUCK ! I still have my 75 Jeep CJ 5 and my moms 65 poppy red Mustang. When I bought my wife a 85 SL for $40,000 the Mustang was worth $2,000. I GAVE away the perfect looking SL, and the Mustang is worth about $8,000 now. I suck ! You suck ! We ALL suck ! |
