Some technical folks from Snap Appliance are on their way to SSL to provide on site support. They will likely swap out the CPUs.

The same suggestion was made on these boards yesterday. Don't know if the developers were listening, but if they were, it shows the reason for having these boards.

I wonder if SNAP (adaptec) understand how much "press" they are getting here! Might be worth sending someone up the bay to berkeley to fight problems first hand. People can be much more responsive if "you can go home when it works" is included

shure your are right.

Probaly they are right now very very busy and don't forget, the small amount of ressouces available. If "human"-ressources are low, priority has to be set.

It's better to put all "avaliable" resources to debug, descrip the issue(s), having the techtech talk on snap level than to put some information here.

just my opinion..

lets wish berkeley "all the best" for solving.
