I have never, ever gotten a flu shot, and I think I wound up catching a minor part of it over this weekend. I am feeling better today, just drowning myself with medicine. LOL And fluids. Although, I keep being told to take my kids in to get the shot, and over the last 3 years, none of them have had it, and none of them have got the flu either. So I dunno. Sometimes I think its just better to catch it, let your body handle it, and then it goes away. My mom has to get it every year, no choice, due to her having lung problems from smoking.
